Through the Capital Plus! program, WCRA funded the Parkview Mukilteo Condo on September 18, 2019. This condo purchase allows its three disabled residents to remain in their home. The mission of Parkview Services is to provide affordable housing and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The nonprofit strives to create inclusive housing solutions that promote stability, opportunity and community.
The Capital Plus! Program is a partnership of the WCRA and the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, who financially supports Capital Plus! program funds.
