Washington Early Learning Loan Fund (WELL)
The WELL program objective is to increase early learning slots statewide by leveraging Department of Commerce and other financing with WCRA economic development or housing loans.
WCRA has partnered with Enterprise Community Partners and Craft3 to administer funding from the Department of Commerce, the Ballmer Group, the Seattle Foundation and private sources to finance early learning centers across the state.
