WCRA funded 30Bellevue on December 10, 2019. This is a new 63-unit affordable housing apartment complex located in Bellevue. All apartments will be rented at 30% – 60% of AMI. In addition, 44 units will be set aside for the formerly homeless, 19 of which will be dedicated to formerly homeless households with children.
